1. About Rezora

Rezora is an online reservation and guest management platform operated by Rezora Services, registered in Cyprus (VAT No: 00857316Z), with registered address at Omirou 1, Xylotymbou-Larnaca 7510, Cyprus. Contact: info@rezora.com.cy | Tel: 99163343.

Rezora provides software services enabling restaurants, taverns, and nightlife venues in Cyprus to accept online table reservations, manage guest RSVPs, and process payments through integrated payment processors (Stripe).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rezora platform — whether as a venue owner (Merchant) or as a guest (Customer) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Services Provided

Rezora offers the following services:

• Online Table Reservations: Guests can book tables at participating venues, with optional deposit payment to secure the reservation.
• Digital RSVP Management: Venues can create event pages for weddings, private dinners, and special events, allowing guests to RSVP and make payments online.
• Guest Management Dashboard: Venue owners receive a dashboard to manage bookings, seating, capacity, and revenue reporting.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Rezora may charge a platform fee per transaction as disclosed at checkout.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Rezora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments on the Rezora platform are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• Deposit amounts are set by individual venues and are displayed clearly before checkout.
• A platform service fee may be added to each transaction. This fee is non-refundable except where required by law.
• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT (19%) where required.
• Rezora does not store your full card details. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

6. Merchant Obligations

Venue owners (Merchants) using Rezora agree to:

• Provide accurate venue information, capacity, and availability.
• Honor confirmed reservations made through the platform.
• Process refunds and cancellations in accordance with their stated policy and these Terms.
• Comply with all applicable Cyprus and EU laws, including consumer protection and data privacy regulations.
• Connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. Rezora is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe's verification process.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use Rezora to:

• Make fraudulent or speculative reservations.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security.
• Collect or harvest user data without consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Rezora platform are the property of Rezora Services or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezora Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rezora in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

11. Changes to Terms

Rezora reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
